There are dozens of fun side games in golf. Side games are games players can play or bet on, which are in addition to the standard golf game. Today we are discussing two games which are related to each other: No Putts and Low Putts.
Putt Tracking
Tracking your number of putts is a good idea. That way you have an idea what constitutes a good, average, or bad number of putts per round. “Regulation” golf means that players two-putt on every hole. For the average golfer, two-putting is good while a professional PGA Tour player may be unhappy with an average of two-putting.
Low Putts
Low Putts is a game where all competitors track their number of putts for the round. At the end of the round, the player with the lowest putts wins.
No Putts
No Putts is the opposite of low putts. In No Putts the number of putts is not counted. The player with the lowest stroke count of shots not on the putting surface, wins.
