Golf Tips: Stretching Before Golfing
To play our best, our bodies need to be at peak performance and flexibility. The problem is that sometimes our busy schedules get in the way. We barely make it to the course with no time to warm up and not much time to loosen up.
In the video below Frogger pro Kris Moe shows us some great stretches and warmups we can do in only five minutes, to help us be as loose and warmed up as possible for that first tee shot.
