Golf Games: The Longest Yard

This is a really fun sounding game I read about recently which I definitely must try.  The game is called The Longest Yard. The Longest Yard is a simple concept which can be used for single player or team based play.  When a player or team wins a hole, they are awarded the same number of points as there are yards in the hole.  So if player/team A wins the first hole, a 525 yard par-5, team/player A is awarded 525 points.  Player/team B wins the 2nd hole, a par-3 which is 156 yards.  They are awarded 156 points. At the end of the round, the player/team with the most points wins the bet. Variations For fun, players could add double bonus points for birdies, triple for eagles etc.  For instance, if hole #3 is won with a birdie and is 425 yards, the player/team would win 850 points.
