Golf Games: Baseball
Here's a fun golf game to go with baseball season, called what else? Baseball!
Baseball pits individual players against all other players in a group. At the beginning of each nine, each player starts with a clean slate.
A score on a hole above par is a strike. If the players have higher handicaps, net scores can be used or the score can be adjusted. Bets/units are paid per nine based on the following:
If a player has no strikes, that player is awarded five betting units from each opponent.
If a player has one strike, that player is awarded three betting units from each opponent.
If a player has two strikes, that player is awarded one betting unit from each opponent.
Naturally if a player has three strikes, he/she is OUT.
Options
One option is to allow players to wipe out strikes if they make birdie or better on a hole.
