2011 PGA Merchandise Show

Busy And Successful PGA Show For 2011 We're finally home, satisfied yet tired from a great and successful weekend at the 2011 PGA Merchandise Show. The news is great from the show that attendance was much higher than last year.  More exhibitors showed their golf products and more golf industry professionals as well as media were there to see them.  Big golf companies, some who have been missing for a few years like TaylorMade and Cobra, had a large presence.  Other large displays included Titleist, Callaway, Ping and Cleveland Golf. The overall attitude of the exhibitors and attendees was much more positive than last year as well.  Many in the industry, Frogger included, feel that these are positive signs for the golf industry in 2011. Unfortunately, due to the hectic schedule of the show and running our booth, we weren't able to update the blog live at the show as often as we wanted to. Warm Reception The Frogger booth (above right) was busy with many visitors and new dealers looking to pick up the Frogger product line.  We were happy to meet you all, talk about Frogger and hear the enthusiasm in current Frogger users and dealers.  We were also thrilled to field the positive comments from potential Frogger users and future dealers as well.  Thanks for the warm reception! A special highlight was to have Zach Johnson’s caddy Damon Green stop by and take a look at all our products.  We gave him a BrushPro and he said he looked forward to placing it on Zach’s bag. Frogger Press Conference We express our gratitude to those media and show visitors who attended the Frogger press conference.  We're glad to see interest in the media about Frogger and our products. In the image to the right, head frog Jeremiah Bohannon addresses the media and answers questions in the PGA Show media room. Could Frogger win the PGA Show's "Best New Product" for a record third time? Naturally we wanted to win the best of show award for either the new HOP! divot tool or Green Monsters bamboo tees.  We feel these products are winners.  That being said, we must send our hearty congratulations to this year's winners.  Congrats to BigWigSkins for their custom driver head skins, SandyCaddy for their portable divot mix container and SkyKap for their wearable voice and GPS golf tip system. Extra special congratulations to our friends at BrandZorb for taking home the United Inventor's Association award for their disposable hat and helmet liners.  No more wet and dirty hats!  Well done. Big News Coming With the PGA Show behind us, 2011 is about to hop into high gear for Frogger.  New news announcements, new media campaigns and gearing up for the physical product launches are on tap.  We're greatly looking forward to the biggest year in Frogger history!
