What is a GolfBoard?

Golf courses are starting to carry the new GolfBoards, a combination of surfboards and golf carts. While this frog normally hops from shot to shot, I'd really love to try the GolfBoard. Apparently the courses which are carrying these as an option are almost always sold out with all units in use on the course. Nice revenue generating addition for golf courses for sure.
