Ken Duke had 187 starts on the PGA Tour with no victories. The 44 year old has played all over the world on every tour one can imagine.
It was looking like Duke would notch his first Tour while sitting in the clubhouse waiting for players to finish. The only one who could tie him was Christ Stroud. It was looking like Stroud would make bogey though, and Duke would finally get that first win. But Stroud had other ideas. He chipped in for par on the final hole to send himself and Duke into a playoff.
Both players re-played the 18th making par. But on the 2nd go Duke made birdie on the 18th to seal his first, life-changing, win.

Ernie Els sent a notice to his fellow European Tour players, and the rest of professional golf this weekend. He's not done. Not even close.
Els started the BMW International Open with blazing hot first round 63. Coming into the final round Els was tied with France’s Levy and Sweden's Alex Noren. A smooth 69 for the big easy was enough to secure a one-shot margin of victory.
The win, 28th for Els on the European Tour, moves him to #15 in the world ranking.

60 year old 1982 Masters champion Craig Stadler had a streak going he wanted to end, a nine year winless streak on the Champions Tour.
Stadler had himself in position to seal a win or at least a playoff on the last hole. Faced with a 10 foot curling putt for par and the win, the Walrus drained it, just like the putt he drained to win the 1992 World Series of Golf. Had that putt missed, he would have likely faced Fred Couples in a playoff.

If you bought stock in Inbee Park at the beginning of the season its time to cash in. The Rolex Rankings #1 LPGA player recorded her fifth victory on the LPGA Tour for the 2013 season.
The victory did not come easy for Park however. She first had to first overcome a four-shot deficit in the final round to force a sudden-death playoff with So Yeon Ryu. In the playoff Park birdied the par-5 18th while Ryu made par.
